Check the EGR pipe at the back of the engine they was very common for crackin and causing sh!tty blow, ive changed a few of these when i use to work at lexus few years back
Ive never been to the ring but someone has commented that there should be no overtaking on the right, is this right? In the vid he over takes someone on the right entering a corner just as they are about to turn in!! If the guy he overtakes does not realise hes there or doesnt expect him to over...
Ive got launch control and flat shift on it now so its pretty damn noisey lol! And ive changed the exhaust as when i came off track at ford fair the paint on the back bumper was being ruined so i imagine it was throwing flames out lol. Ive had a complete new system with custom angled tailpipe...
Jesus christ, cant believe it!! Feel for you muka! Where was it taken from? Been ok thanks matey, maybe going to pod on sunday for gymkhana depending on the weather, not sure if i will be running it down there though. Its the last outing before its put away for winter.
Im suprised ive not seen this either, i dont seem to see many rs clios knocking around now, still look out for them even though i no longer drive 1. I use to see davo172 quite often but not seen him for ages either. What sort of power is it running? It looks quite a weapon!
Yeh i ran it standard and it was slower than my 172, think i ran a 14.8 or something.
Focus is 411bhp, struggled with grip pretty bad spun all through 1st and 2nd even trying to balance the throttle. Sticky tyres i think it will do low 12s.
What sort of power is your clio running? Must be some...
If you do go for normal tyres you will need an inflation kit and a foam kit or a sparewheel or you will get caught out with something simple as a puncture. Ive seen this happen a thousand times at my dealer because of the very same reason people dodging runflat expenses
Had these on my 172 coilovers, had them on all through the winter and when i took them off almost a year later they still looked like new, helps stop any issues with adjusting rings becoming siezed
