Its pretty easy as long as you watch/revise the DVD and have some common sense. I passed it when I was 18 and I'm 21 now.
IIRC the only hard bit in the paper test was some scenario style questions like if there was a mechanical fault with your car whilst on track what should you do or something...

Mark Fish says Eibach but not too sure on what springs to have. I ran the 2118's on my trackday and being a 15inch rim there was a big gap between the wheels and the arch, so on that basis if i were to put on a full set of speedlines wheels id rather go for a more lowering spring.
