Had this problem around a month back after changing rear discs, ABS senor went and I went to EuroCar Parts 3 times cause they had given me the wrong one! So in the end went to Renault and had the proper part for £115, so only the one for your car will fit not off any clio fella!!

thanks for the replys Gents, have since found out that it is the abs sensor. So going to replace asap. Renault wanted £130 + VAT but got the part from euro carparts for £38 inc. VAT!!! Happy Daze!!!!

Changed rear discs and pads today, but once i had put everything back together and took the car for a spin, the abs, esp and service lights are on permanatly and wont go off! Is there somet i havent done or have i got a major problem.(was all a o.k before i started the work) Any help? Please...

Put all 4 new shocks on yesterday (took about 21/2 to 3 hours) and I now realise how bad the old ones were! lol!! Not only does the car handle like it should and how i remember when i first got her, but it looks so much lower, front and back even though the shocks are standard! Well happy now...

Thats wat im going to do fella, replace all 4 and do the job myself. Renault have quoted me £216 for all four, the next cheapest was K Tec @ £230 with P&P so will be going to Renault themselves for the parts

Cant Believe this, but rung around 10 different places to get quotes for 4 new shocks and my local Renault dealer turned out to be the cheapest!! Oh well a first for eveything I suppose!

My location is Swansea and if its going to around £200 I will be well chuffed!!!

think one of my rear skocks have gone plus discovered this morning that the front drivers side has also gone so looking to change all for shocks on the motor!! Any guide to wat price i should be paying for all 4 to be replaced, standard parts no up grades??

just got under the car and it was a foam lining for the bottom engine tray/guard. Took the guard off and re position the lining and put tray back on so all is well, cheers fella!

thats wat it sounds like, ive got about 6 to 10 inches hanging out at the the bottom. is it worth trying to put it back or just getting rid???

just checked the flooring and everything is a ok there and the arch linners are still intact and look as per norm

just wondering if its a piece of rubbish picked up and caught on the bottom of the motor??

the car is running perfectly and ive had no problems today driving so all is well there. the black piece of plastic is very similar to a black bin bag so not sure wat this the foam and black plastic are for to be honest

HELP! Went through a flooded lane ( water was up to the door mouldings) this morning and ive now notice something hanging from the bottom of my clio. Its a piece of foam with a black plastic lining. Does anyone know wat this is and is it important as i dont want to pull it off it is something...
