I’ve used j&r joints and shafts on previous cars before and personally had no issues, one was even on a 250bhp Impreza wrx and didn’t feel weak or make any strange noises

Just ordered a pair on their website using my reg, fingers crossed they’re right when I get them and can solve this issue!

I can get them for about £75-80 once I return my shafts but there isn’t a branch partially close to me, j&r won’t let me speak to anyone on the phone but has assured me that my reg brings up the right ones, and they come with both size abs rings, all I can do is order them and see I suppose

Been trying to get an answer out of j&r all day on if they actually have the correct shaft for my car as I’ve read that not only is my abs ring wider the shaft is actually longer too? Do you know if anyone with a cup has actually had a correct one from them as I’m loathed to just use their reg...

Ok thanks, so the 15mm abs ring is what I need to specicify for the new driveshafts?

Just looked at photos, mine has manual air con and no xenons

I’m not too sure to be honest, the interior has been changed to trophy recaros and I haven’t paid any attention to the air con haha. It’s racing blue with the cup logo either side, what does this mean in the way of driveshafts?

Pretty sure it’s a cup, it’s got cup badges on the door pillars and the shock bolt spacing is 60mm

I’m guessing you means j&r haha? Was going to ring them tomorrow as from what I’ve read there’s a couple of versions for the 182’s

I’ve got a load of upgrades and bits I want to renew on the front so just going to stick 2 new driveshafts in it while I’m at it so I know it’s all good for the future
