Sorry to drag this one back up, but my car does this also, another 182.
And its definately something engine wise, as it happens in any gear, but only when you put your foot down. Its been into Renauly twice for it and they cant seem to find what it is. They originally thought it was the air...
Thanks Dave thats cleared that one up.
If it where me id have put "182" on them but shes having none of it :)
Middo, I paid £60 + delivery for them, and they are still in exactly the same condition, Brand new, still in packaging, so ideally want my money back on them, but would accept £60...
Very strange. They are genuine renault parts as i still have all the packaging here.
The part numbers are 7701206827 and 7701206828.
and i believe they are just under £100 from the dealers.

My GF has a FF 182, with both cup packs and her sills have just the Renault Sport logo and no aditional bit.
The ones ive bought i thought where for any 182 and indeed they will fit any 182 its just that they have the "No." bit at the end. So i think they must be for a limited edition 182 or...
yeah my GF's original ones just say renault sport but these ones have the additional bit at the end.
They also come with a set of stick on numbers, 3 of each number, so the highest number you can do with all three digits the same is 999.

Anyone shed any light on this.
I bought some sill plates to replace the ones on my GF's 182 FF which have a few scuffs on them, when they arrived they are exactly the same apart from they have "No." to the right of the renault sport logo. She doesnt like that so they got to be ebayed...
usually as big a f number as possible (i.e. very small aperture) and also the smallest ISO number your camera will handle usually 100, to keep noise to a minimum.

great pics, presume they're taken with a decent camera.
Are they taken at night or during the day, if by night would love to know the camera settings?
:)
Yes they all do it, my girlfriend took her 182 into Renault and they printed out a page from the computer from Renault UK, which explains its a design of the engine to get the cat upto operating efficiency quicker which helps emissions.

Girlfriend took her car to renault in Gemini, warrington for some warranty work and they were excellent, very punctual called when they said they would, explained everything really clearly to her and never made her feel uncomfortable.
Im not sure how good their prices are, as i said it was...
