Subscribing to this thread as I have a Mk3 TCE100 with similar plans to yours. Although I have the estate version. Mine is mapped to 124bhp on stock injectors.

Dad tip for OP: Baby vests and baby grows can be removed two ways - the normal way of unbuttoning the poppers between the legs then pulling the vest up and over the head..... or (and this blew my mind when I first realised haha) they can be unfolded at the shoulders and removed downwards over...

Have there been any non-van conversions done? i.e. 5 seater Kangoo's? Every one I've seen has been a panel van conversion.
