My clio 2001 Mk2 dynamique's heater blower isn't blowing any air, you can hear the blower struggling and trying to come on very quietly, but it gets no where. Can someone please give me a solution to this as it's winter and my car gets very cold. thank you.

Hey I'm from Fort William in scotland! Yeah the rear number plate needs replaced as it looks very shabby at the moment! I was thinking of getting the 16v bullet of the trims done in silver? And some clear side repeaters?

hd already fitted renault mudflaps and exhaust tip ( just to make the rear less plain), any ideas on small things that I can fit that won't effect insurance too much?
