Keep seeing suplex front coil springs are they ok to use?

Hi all mot failed today as both front springs cracked, they are standard springs, has anyone got a website they no of to get some at a good price please?

Gave him a quick clean yesterday, new things added, heko wind deflectors new exhausts uprated headlight/fog light bulbs got rid of the 'Clio' badge on the rear used the dodo juice red mist for the first time: [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG]

had this with my old 2002 renault clio, didnt end up solving it, all i did was when u turn the key keep it turned and hold it there, will eventually start, no-one could find the problem to it either :(

i get between 19mpg - 24mpg in my 197 stop start all the time hence crap mpg, only put £20 a week in it though so all is good ;)
