Easy to do, undo the fuel rail guard and its on the bottom left on the front of the engine. Is a big bolt looking thing with wires running out of it. Hard to get a socket on I unclipped the sensor at the other end and used a swan neck spanner threading the wire through the hole on the spanner...
I think you may have adjusted them off the end and slipped off
The units do self adjust for weight in the far but they still need setting correctly as a start point, if you over turn the adjuster with an Allen key it can go right off the end and fall down slightly, the reason they too high now...
Quite a few threads but basically buy some good sealant whip the bolt out, clean, line of sealant under bolt head, nip back up. Had to do mine takes about an hour I guess including time to get inlet manifold off etc
I used some wynns black gasket stuff 20 from local car parts.
Had mine a month now, only had to wait about a week though for install but we ordered just before the big media campaign.
Few small issues that annoy, no red button, no setting a timed reminder and can't turn off parental control pin. Hopefully all things future software updates will address...
Been virgin customer 6 years and loved my v+box, got tivo the other week. Kept xl package with sports but the missus called up for upgrade cost £100 with free fitting.
Happy with the menu and also the huge memory, just starting to learn my viewing habits. Happy with it upto now.
