As far as i'm aware Henk is still running fastchip, have you been a bit rude in your emails? As if so he will most likely ignore you! He normally replies within 48 hours in a worst case scenario, i've never had a problem contacting him!

As above, use moneyclaim online it will most likely cost you a little bit to do it though depending on how much your claiming i think its £70ish quid up to £1000 claim, if shes been found guilty in a criminal court it would most likely just be a formality to go through

I think the not for road use is due to America passing legislation that all brake fluid has to be amber in colour, doesn't apply to us IIRC

I think the carbon canister can cause a ticking sound, might be worth checking that?

Phase 1's had the 6 cd changer under the drivers seat so it probably is from that (at least my old phase 1 did!)
