Cleaned up the TB a bit. Didn't manage to get any before pics as my hands were filthy but it was dirty as hell! It's not spotless but still a huge improvement! Just let it warm up to full temp and it's idling much smoother now - will see if I have any similar issues in the coming days...

In my old Clio I dodged a car and smashed into a curb as a result at 30mph, and the damage was similar to that. Needed a new subframe, lower arms, track rod ends and steering rack!
