    I have a 2004 Clio 182 with digital climate control, car fans work perfect, apart from I'm unable to get any cold air from the vents, I can have the heat setting on min but still blows hot air, and tried all the different setting on the controls and no luck. I've checked all the normal stuff...

    Is clip the only answer to this tried the speed limiter etc and did not change anything :(
