Resurrecting this post from a good year back but just saw this car on M8 this morning, anyone on here know it's whereabouts, feel sorry for the poor sod that's driving it
I'm with insure2drive but have seen a considerably cheaper quote for Direct Line. I'm only half way through my current policy and pay by monthly instalments costing 80 per month. So if I want to cancel will I have to pay 80 x 6 months or just a simple cancellation fee e.g. 45 quid?
thanks
My 2003 Clio decided to pack in whilst reversing it into the garage today. The stop light flashed up and then seconds after it cut out. When I try to start it I get a clicking noise (nobody says it's a flat battery because it isn't), the immobiliser light is on constantly like a solid light and...
Cheers mate, I'll bear that in mind!! Funny you should say that, I was looking at Clio's an noticed that nearly every single one before 04 had a sunroof! Although I don't think the Authentiques did! I started off with a January 2004 (54) Silver Clio Extreme 4 Special Ed, absolutely loved it to...
I have a 2003 Clio Dynamique, average condition 97,000 miles, pretty run down, bit of a dog falling to bits but I want another Clio 2! However I want to steer clear of one's with a sunroof as I had to have mines sealed so that rules out the Dynamiques. Anyone out there know how much I'd get for...
solder the wires to the new holder you mean? so is it not possible to unclip the whole thing from behind the bumper? MOT time is soon and it will obviously fail so need to sort it ASAP
Was driving my 2005 Clio Dynamique home last night and I went down a rather big pothole that I couldn't see. When I came home and drove the car into the garage, I got out to check I hadn't done much damage. No damage at all apart from the reg light had come away from its mount and was dangling...
Most likely blown the fuse if they've been frozen and you've kept trying to make them spray water. You can get them really cheap, I got some online for my car and the fuse takes seconds to fit. I think it's a 10amp, not 100% but i'm sure someone else on here will know
I have recently acquired a genuine renault Clio back box for my car as the cheap pattern part was too noisy to I wanted the standard one back. However, the exhaust mount on my car is the one that the garage that fitted the cheap exhaust put on and I was wondering if this mount would be okay to...
Thanks that's been a great help! It would be easier changing out the whole cluster but I like what they have done with the lights its just that they have obviously broken something to make the warning lights go out. Will open it up tomorrow on my day off and see what bulbs that it requires. I am...
The previous owner of my car decided to change the colour of the lights in the dash board to white. Must admit, it does look smart but there are a few problems! The part that shows my fuel and temperature flickers on and off meaning when it's dark I can't see how much fuel I have because it's...
Yeah you're right! The previous keeper told me Arnold Clark Dundee gave her £495 or something for it because of the mileage. So basically he made a huge profit. And the night I got it I drove it down to Ayr and you could tell the thing was totally fucked beyond belief!
Yeah I've noticed how ridiculously cheap all of their cars are. The clio's seem to be his favourite thing as any time I go past which is probably every day there are always seems too be loads of clios there. Suppose it's a car all us young ones look for. I'm glad at least this thread has got...
Exactly, you're totally right! A 54 (2005 plate) Renault Clio for 1200 is too cheap. For an average condition one at a decent price, a dynamique or extreme 4 would set you back about 2 grand. I don't know what I was playing, so embarassed by myself
