am getting my car ready for sale and need to make a few changes 1. replace frong splitter 2. fix front seat (deosnt go forward - cable has snapped) 3. swap dcat for standard CAT any ideas on how much this would cost for parts and labour? Cheers Duncan

great thanks!! also need to switch over DCAT to standard CAT, and the front passenger seat doesnt go forward anymore - i think hte cable inside has snapped - any idea how much that would cost to fix???

has got a crack in it as well - really need to get it replaced! £130 is a bit of a rip... is it easy to fit / swap?

even though the dcat has been put back on the car, the cat is sitting in my boot after the mot, the car just seems quieter, not as many pops and bangs

my exhaust doesnt sound and raw and isnt popping as much as it used to, it sounds more standard than anything, just wondering if they could have put it on wrong or if the ecu has changed the timing for the mot? any feedback would be great

i had my mot done today, they swapped the cat for the test and put the dcat on at the end - the labour cost £50, ill pay £50 a day to get my monies worth when it comes to car tax, we pay a fortune due to emmisions i noticed a big difference in performance and noise - i think its definetly...

you could always do what i do, im 24 - had a claim this year for about 15k, my quote for jan renual is 480 but it is in my mums name and im using her no claims bonus and paying the difference on her police which is about £70

not an amazing price imo - i paid 5300 for my cup with 33k on the clock in mint condition, i took mine for a spin, and idled just fine, they can have a rough idle but a good service usually sorts this out
