fitted a genuine new parcel shelf to my 182 as old one had a split in it..and started squeaking like mad.....and done my head in:grimacing:
£32 later and sorted :tongueclosed:
was thinking of boosting my 182...but decided against it, as seen to many posts saying that they wish they never did it!
keeping mine with minimal mods and enjoying it when I can...other than work:wink: and love too much to sell now, with some few more mods left to do:cool:
I think about getting rid of my 182 for something else. .but just can't do it .
especially when I drive my taxi most of the time, and only drive the clio maybe once or twice a week if I'm lucky. ...but when I do it's worth the wait as I just love the fun factor of getting out my cab and going...
also last week went up to dan@sjm automotive to get a couple of jobs done witch were gear box oil change with genuine tranself nfj 75w-80 which I supplied and timing check and fit new fuel pump and cap as the pump has now been superseded to keep contact fuel pressure for starting...which they...
finally got fitted ....after a few days of taxi work all hours I got chance to fit the manifold today and all went really well with not a problem. ...bolt's came loose nice and easy..so put them all back with a bit of the cooper grease..
and gave the throttle body a good clean also:wink:

I took my bumper off to do mine and replaced both washer jets as both we're knackered and only £25 from renault also check washer pump is clear and not blocked with crap...it is much easier to remove bumper and do this all
decided to change my expansion tank as it was looking a little tired and letting down engine bay as I want it to look cleaner:tongueout:
so today I picked up a new one from the local stealers and it only took me about 15 minutes to fit ...here are a couple of pics of the old and new...which...
