Pretty good, went for a quote online and came back with some of the details I provided is unsuitable for them to give me with a quote, recommended me to go to their broker site. Maybe because I'm 21? Can't think anything else other than age would stop me from getting a quote, odd.

Wow that is good, defo going to try them You know, I had a similar problem when I bought my 1 series. I called Directline and said give me a quote on the faster and newer 123d that I was going to buy, they said yeah fine etc... That car didn't work out so I ended up with an older 120d with less...

Yeah I put in an online quote for them , waiting to hear back. And yeah the obcene quotes was from admiral/elephant which is interesting. I spoke with my current insurer directline and they came to £1000 which is okay I guess? I still have 6 months left on my policy so might be worth paying...

I'm 21 but most likely will be 22 by the time in I'm in one. I'm with direct line at the moment but I know they aren't very fond of insuring performance cars, especially when you mention modifications to them! That's really good, I'll give them a try
