Yeah try changing the two o2 sensors around as they are both the same pre cat and post cat, if the o2 sensor pre cat is faulty though it will throw the fuel and air readings out and it will run terribly like you say!! So get under the car unbolt them both and switch them around.

That clicking is the solenoid on the starter motor, pull out all the fuses and relays check and clean them all, check and clean all earths and fully recharge battery the cold weather kills the battery big time.

I had the exact same issue because of the cold weather I fully recharged my battery pulled out all the fuses and relays cleaned them all then I cleaned all the earths and now it runs perfectly.
