Am thinking of trying Conti SportContacts as my next set of tyres but which to go for, SportContact or SportContact3? I can get them both for about the same price (~£78 fitted)

and you can't both be right fellas so which is it? oh yeah and the low speed ride is awful (way too stiff in bump/compression damping) but check your tyre pressures, they seem very sensitive to it

Just compared my ride height with mate's standard 172 Cup. Ground to wheelarch apex is 63cm on his car and 65cm on my car. So my car is out by 2cm. IIRC the Cup is lowered by ~15mm then I'm guessing I've got regular 172 Sport springs and not cup springs. Anyone agree?
