Fingers crossed i wont be one of them;) im cycing to work till thursday so fingers crossed i wont be able to use the " my car has broken down" excuse as the reason for not coming ( theres a lot of flood water about!)

the initial meeting point sounds like a good idea. May be put places of interest in the area and then have a vote on here otherwise could be spending a long old time trying to decide what people want to do and where to go.
