Yes buddy that's the way to do it, just need to check the dimensions of the seat your buying, to check they will physically fit into the clio
And yeah airbag is just a case of resistors
Cheapest option is to sort of make your seats using the clio runners etc om the new seats
Relatively straightforward but a pain in the ass job
You can buy frames, but they are generally very expensive, if you can find ones for he seats in question
When I had a 1.2 before my 172, the best thing I did was change the interior for the sport version
Can pick the interiors up cheap compared to most cars, think I paid £180 for the whole lot
Halfords are doing 4 litres of engine oil for £12 at the minute too which helps!
Not sure about where to get the addative, maybe euro car parts ? Not sure
Lol okay, well oil changes help prevent tappet noises by keeping it all clean inside etc
Obviously I can't say for certain from a video if it is that, but it does sound like it
If it where me, I'd do an oil change for the correct oil. You can also get some additive for the oil to help with...
Not sure what to do, refurbish the bbs again will be a pain in the ass. That's why I was thinking some sort of standard alloy, no paint to chip off then! But there's very few I like and fewer still that fit
Is either powder coating or plasti dip more durable than painting ?
I prefer the bbs but I'm just not happy with the finish now, and as they are splits it's not straight forward to respray them when they get damaged. Any idea if powder coating is any more durable than painting ?
I think the audi alloys are off a TT but not 100%
Cheers buddy, nah can't say I...
ok, the bbs are turning into a nightmare to keep clean and they also chip insanely easily which is very annoying because im OCD about having a clean looking car
so im thinking of selling them and getting a set of these, however in 16s not 17s but the picture gives the idea (not my photo or car)...
I've got a green mk3 golf, will keep a look out
I know, I saw it too late and already had plans :( will try get to the next gathering of any description!
