With such a highly grouped car they might not even cover you for street parking. All depends on your postcode.
The strip at the bottom is just clear glass, as the rest of the W/screen is anti-UV coated.
It needs to be clear for their toll sensors to work, same as any GPS devices we fit over here e.g. speed camera detectors.

Its just a clear portion of screen to let things like GPS units work, as the rest of the screen has an anti-UV coating.
The sensor is at the top of the screen behind the mirror.
Its SUPPOSED to vary the sensitivity, never makes any difference on mine.
On cars without auto feature it alters the delay between wipes on intermittent.
Auto H/Lights, dont like them. Go under a bridge they come on, come out from under a bridge they stay on. Go to a garage for petrol, pull up under the canopy they come on, drive away they stay on.

People going on about making it lighter as though its going to be easy to lose 100kg, and make it cheaper at the same time.
This time it hasn't got xenons to lose, the car doesn't come with them to start with.
I cant see them losing A/C, not when everyone else is...
