To anyone else needing this info in future, the wheel bolts from the 16" oem alloys seem to fit 15" oem steels pretty well - I thought they might be a little long, but maybe the difference in offset makes up for this.
My first time using winter tyres (Avon Ice Touring) and I must say the car...
Morning all,
Currently have stock 16" alloys on my Mk3 TCE 100 Tourer with 195/50 tyres.
Have bought some 15" steel wheels fitted with 185/55 winter tyres. They're off a Mk2 Clio.
Are the wheel nuts from my 16" alloys a straight swap to the steelies or will they need something a little...
Have you tried swapping cars to see if it's not just the difference in your driving style? If your 172 is still quicker with your mate at the wheel than you driving the 182 then you can at least rule it out...
Am considering upgrading the horn on my mk3ph2 tce. I've yet to take the bumper off to see how much space I've got to play with.
Have any of you upgraded the oem horn? What did you go for, and did you have to relocate it elsewhere due to lack of space?
Currently looking at the stebel range...
I'm using a raspberry pi running kodi off an sd card. It's connected to a 2tb powered external hdd. Works a dream, controlled by my phone, great interface. Can stream from it to my phone if needed also.
Never used plex, although I hear it's very similar to kodi?
I had a 1.6 Mk2 for a while, although it was the 5dr privilege with the nasty beige interior.
Felt like a rocket after driving a 1.2, would definitely recommend as a stepping stone on the way to a renaultsport.
What do you want to do? Play movies etc on the TV from the iPad? Get an Apple TV instead of the cable, less than £50 now I think, then you can stream anything from any of your iOS devices.
After 6 years of using only iPhones I recently bought an htc one M8 as it was on a great offer at Vodafone.
I've unlocked it by buying a code on eBay and its accepted my EE sim no problem.
The main issue I've got is the amount of s**t Vodafone have preloaded onto the phone, is there a way of...
Thanks, I'd chosen the Philips as all their bulbs I've had in the past have lasted ages and I've read so many posts where cheap eBay bulbs have blown after a few months. I'll look into your seller though, cheers for the info.
Looking at getting a set of these later today: http://www.powerbulbs.com/product/philips-xtreme-vision-360-led-w5w-t10-4000k-twin
Anyone had any issues with upgrading the sidelights to LEDs? Either with canbus error messages, police or MOT tests?
Would be pairing them with either...
