I have had them play up when warm but fine when cold like weak spark on one cylinder not complete failure but sounds like you got it sorted

Not normally only times I have seen this is faulty pressure plate or something gone wrong with fitting

I have I just meant the old idler pulley as its here in front of me has 4 groove lines on it

Thank you for clearing that up back apart it comes :( I wonder how long the old belt was like that the idler pulley has the groove marks on it!

right started replacing my aux belt today after all sorts of issues got the belt on BUT the routing i dont think its correct on the lower metal idler pulley when i took it off the belt was touching the pulley ribbed side so belt going under it i dont think this is right should be over it and...

Gutted I missed this on the upside my parts should be here this week to fix mine so next time!

Where is the second right near the bumper?

Just out of curiosity I look at k Tec stealth etc and the rear box has only one hanger making 2 total but I have seen other systems have 2 on the rear box one near the bumper making 3 in total is this right?

Water pumps on these are known to be problematic after being messed with so I shall be leaving that

The I was having a crap day that day also just irritated that it went from ok to needing a box probably 2 cvs and a belt kit I wasnt planning on for a few months yet

Oh I agree it could of been a lot worse it's just when it ask comes at once like that I was a tad miffed probably only done a few hundred miles in it
