Had a mechanic over to have a look. Pointed out the fuse box and left it at that. Got in there with a multi meter everything fine. Went through everything again. Found the problem. Popped fuse on the battery terminal.
I don't feel that daft for missing it seeing as a mechanic didn't even catch...

ran a wire from battery to starter and it fired up. theres some relays in the same box that seem to control...
Hineveryone. Got a MK3 Clio DCI. Just changed the fuel system cambelt and pump.
Borrowed a snap on solus to program injectors. All was good, clicking round checking for codes and clearing them.

Don't see the point in springs I'd rarther spend the extra £150 ish and get some coil overs. but Christmas has just passed so they will be on a waiting list until atleast the end of February ... If I can cope that long looking at the arch gap
Front is far from finished it looks like dogs dinner with the number plate sat wrong. The wrong grill and splitter is wonky.
I'm off for two days after today so il finish the front and fit the sideskirts, maybe even fit the xenon headlights if I get them built back up in time
i ended up just buying all these, cheapo brand but i didnt have time to go halfords so bought them from work, think it cost about £25-£30 cant remeber now
cracked on with the kit today. nightmare i think! didnt get chance to fit the side skirts but i did go out and buy a few bits to fit them on so that will be done tomorrow, also fit the number plate because it got too dark to drill
