I went to view a M3 at a dealer and they had a black 197 in there, sure got me thinking when you look at Id love one with the Recaro CS option.

What years are you considering in regards to the type r and ST?

At this rate a 172 to use along side my main weekend car. When that comes up for replacement either a E46 M3 (if I can ever find the right one, which I doubt) or a 996.2 GT3.

In regards to comfy seats I will try and put a recommendation out there of the Corbeau Club Sports. Pair with side mounts and sliders come in at £300. Come in two sizes so comfy no matter your size. Not FIA approved though which could possibly be a downer?
