id get a 2005 182 in black/gold with both cup packs climate control, cruise control! stick some H&R coilovers on it along with strutbraces.....hang on this sounds like my car lol. Later ones seem to be more reliable. All depends if u want goodies or not!

RWD + SNOW = USELESS! if u decide on the 172 cup just make sure belts have been done in the past. the funnest car u can buy for that budget. or a 106 gti also fun. clios the better car though

182s are quicker just to let ya no! 197 as standard has better brakes an seats but nothing you cant replace. both nice but i say 182 with both cup packs all the way.
