It is a nice day today so I thought I would have a poke around the drivers seat to see if I could determine what the actual problem was. I don't think its the seat pad at all now, the drivers seat moves a little on the side nearest the handbrake. On close inspection the track moves a wee bit...
OK this is probably going to sound trivial but its niggling a wee bit. I have noticed that under braking the drivers seat pad seams to slide a wee bit... just a tiny amount, I don't think its dangerous or anything but it just feels weird.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to correct this...
Yeah, I guess I didn't like the idea of pulling out the sunroof. I don't have a lot of time to do this either, I guess I will see how much my mate will chrge me for doing it.

I'm from Scotland and have just purchased my first Clio, its a black 2003 1.2 16v extreme. It's running well (so far) and I have to say its a fun wee car to drive. The paint may need a claybar run over it but that can wait until summer returns.
