Hi, I've recently bought some roof bars from Renault they said it was to fit my 3dr clio sx but I have no idea how these go on, has anyone done this before and can help?
I don't fancy removing the bumper at all that just sounds like complete hassle haha, i think I'm gonna have to open the bonnet and have a butchers, I'm sure ill find a way, use make it sound so simple and i bet its not lol
Ok so I've seen it done on many of cars on here and also I've read the guide on how to do it.. And it looks as simple as undoing a few bolts then taking out some clips and replacing the grille.. Now when it comes to things they never seem to be as simple as they make out so my question is...
Hmm so what do you suggest? i just wanna go lower i dont wanna slam it to the floor, just so there about 40mm-50mm space between the tyre and the wheel arch, ive got a clio sx btw if that helps..
Right I've read a few things on here and coilovers look like the best springs to buy, i want my car lowered but not too much, is there any other springs to buy or are these the best and why?
Also how easy/hard are they to fit or isit best to go to a garage?
Yeah i may just have to do that then and sell the remaining parts i never thought of that..
That would still work out cheaper, do you know where to find the part?
alright guys thanks for your help i reckon ill have to go renault tbh as that other website above got back to me and said they couldnt find the part lol
I think i found the part, http://www.allcarpartsfast.co.uk/renault/renault-7711230484-skirt-rh-16in-x85/ but if anyone else knows anywhere else or can find it any cheaper i would be very grateful, after vat £101 isnt too bad isit? lol
I recently did a post regarding the clio SX side skirting, i hit a huge kerb, well it was more of a wall and the skirting has completely shatterd and renault want 540 for a whole bodykit and spray and labour, what i want to know is wether anybody on here knows where i can get the skirting itself...
Yeah thanks guys I reckon ill have to do that tbh! Will be much cheaper? Does anyone know if there's a fitting guide on the website, just I'm on my phone and it's hard to navigate that's all! But thanks
Today I was in a car park in the end bay. the car next to me was close and I cut the bay not realise there was a 1000ft kerb there, my drivers side skirting has smash and I need it replaced ASAP, where the cheapest place to buy a metalic grey skirting and I need it fitted aswell, would it better...

I used to own a 07 corsa a while ago and if you messed about with the indicator/light sticks you could get up a hidden/secret menu, just wondered if the mk3 had anything similar? only I tried and just got a wet windscreen haha..
Thats exactly what I did, but was going into limp mode almost every journey! couldn't hack it no longer haha, I've no idea where it is mate but good luck with it, sure they'll look lovely
