Vibration through pedals on lower exhaust note

Hi all.

My exhaust note has always been quite low which i like but about 3 or 4 days ago, i started the engine and the note had become very deep. plus on tick over, i can feel a vibration through pedals.

its fine whilst driving, but it may sound strange but it seems like the revs drop quicker than before when i take it out of gear or brake.

exhaust blowing? or a leak at one of the joins maybe?
