Travel Mug!! Cup holder!!

Right, now I' like a lot of people... like to grab a coffee on the way to work or better yet take a better quality coffee in a travel flask with a lid.
But time and time again i keep finding the fecking cup holders on the PH2 interior shocking!!!

The only coffee cup I have ever found that will fit in this after thought of an area are the Mc Donolds regular coffee's but I’m a guy that needs a large cup of Joe in the morning.

So my dilemma...

Has anyone found a travel flask, mug, cup, Thermos that actually works! Or recommend a combo that works?

What’s your view on these pointless holders!

I bought one of those ones in the first link and when I hit a pot hole approaching a round about, it snapped and the bottle of coke it was holding ended up behind my brake pedal. I had to stop using the hand brake.
