Subframe mounts for seatbelts

Got a pair of Cobra subframes today to fit my Daytonas but two lugs have been cut off, one per frame. They can be seen in the centre of the photo, unfortunately I didn't notice this when I looked and the seller didn't mention anything.

Can anyone tell me if this is for the belt plug or the pretensioner and also how big it should be, what hole size, is it supposed to have a captive nut etc.

I have the same frames and the lugs that have been removed are of no use. I have used the other lugs for the belt plugs

Are the lugs that are cut off for the pre-tensioners then? Or do they bolt elsewhere?

You got a set then mate ! Sorry i completely forgot to get you those dimensions :S

From where it cut it should be 55mm tall, width is the same as the other side and the hole is 10mm
