Strange Clicking/Clunking Sound

It has only appeared over the last few days but when I pull off in first gear and put my foot down there is a clunking/clicking weird rattling sound. Does anybody know what this sound is? Appears to be coming from the engine bay and possibly the passenger side.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Yeah usually giving it beans in first.

Yeah if I'm in any guy and floor it there is a bit of a bang type sound and the gear stick is moving quite a bit. Much to repair? What do I need?

What model is it, how old is it and what mileage?

sounds like a loose exhaust or very worn out engine mounts

do they have the same ECU mounting as the RS models? if it does and it's snapped, it could be as simple as that

the banging, though, makes it seem more likely to be the engine mounts
