Hi guys, looking for some advice!
Is it possible to replace the rubber boot on the Hub side of the Passenger side drive shaft on my 172 cup! Its had a small split in for awhile that I glued up to prevent grease loss
I now want to replace the boot, as there is nothing wrong with the shaft no noises at all, is it possible to knock them apart on the gearbox side and fit a new rubber boot without damaging them!
Ive done it before but on cars where you can pick up a replacement next day for under £250 or go on eBay and find hundreds
