removing valver engine

  naples valver
taking on the fun task of removing my valver engine to do the clutch, t/belt, water pump, core plugs, and pas pump. was wondering the best way of doing it: out the top with a hoist or drop in out the bottom on the subframe? any advise please.

cheers rich

if you can get the car high enough, i'd try dropping it out the bottom

very tight doing it out the top

out the bottom on the subframe if you can. Not always easy without a 2 post ramp though. I've done it out the top before, working on the floor, and the worst bit is the downpipe and the short side driveshaft (gearbox oil = devils piss)
