porting RS inlets

got a spare set of RS inlet manifolds and i wanna get them ported out, anyone know how much meat can be taken off it and or if its simply a case of attaching the inlet gaskets up to it and chopping back to that?

do a search. loads on this in previous threads...... and no you dont just use the gaskets!!!!!
