plugged the GPS into the boot and now the car won't start

i have a 2003 172, was working fine this morning. i plugged the gps in under the drivers seat and into the boot. now the car won't even turn over and there is a funny noise coming from behind the passengers headlight ( sounds like a servo going mad).

i then unplugged it all but still wont start

any suggestions

all the lights work but will try charging it

i found out that the noise coming from the engine bay was the passenger side headlight aim going mental
