New member and his new car (Trophy content)

  Clio Trophy #205
After being a long time lurker (used to use a good friends log in) I thought I better create my own account seeing as I've finally bought myself a Clio. Anyway I've had a few alright cars in the past but I must say I'm really enjoying the Trophy so far.

I was originally looking for a FF 182 but when I saw this for sale locally and reasonably priced I thought I'd take a look and ended up buying it for a really reasonable price.

It's totally standard at the moment and I don't plan or changing it much at all just doing a few bits and bobs to get it up together. Anyway here's a few pictures of it before its being detailed this weekend by my friends company and I'll be sure to document that!

Its number 205, my friend has a Skoda splitter on his 172 but I don't think they sit quite as well as the OEM option.

Better than a FF. Sure you don't get leather, climate, auto lights etc but you get Recaros, better suspension, better wheels, and, more importantly, a limited edition car which is, arguably, the best Clio ever made.

Cheers for all the comments so far. As for plans I do have a few, mainly to get it properly up together but they are:

Full detail, Paintless dent removal and Wheel refurb (All through my best mates business which makes it nice and affordable)
Front splitter
Connects2 I-pod box
Floor mats
New disks and pads all round
Have the dampers checked over then possibly a MF spring kit and Koni rears
172/182 Xenons (not necessary but something I'd like to do)
Refurb'd steering wheel
Catback of some sort
Panel filter

That should see the car at a pretty decent spec that I'll be more than happy with.

Good plans.

I always throught the Trophy should have come with xenons, given it has the better seats and suspension too
