hi i have started some lil work on my little clio to get it night rally preped( still not sure if i sould just do it for show tho)


well i just asking for a lil help. has anyone done and engine converstion from a 1.2 grande to a 172 if so how hard if it to do and what would i need?? thanks

Yeh thats true - but why not be different. There nothing funnier than taking down high powered machinery in what people think is a standard family car.

I guess you'll have to tear the whole car down for a nuts-n-bolts rebuild, in which ase fair play, you've got scope, otherwsie it'll be a lot of effort to bring handling etc. up to the calibre of a basic 172.

I did consider making a Campus Rep out of my 172 once, but then realised that would be silly.

lol - because you were 8 yr old when i built it back in 2001 ? ..........It later became the Clio TT after i had gone through 3 engines

Just buy a Cat C / D 172 and you will have everything you need - thats what i did.
