Got a new camera for my birthday, a canon eos 1000d, so though i would give the car a clean and give it a go. As you can see i'm still very much a beginner but don't think the pictures came out to bad. Any advice would be appreciated and maybe any recommendations for guides for beginners? anyways heres the pictures,

Use manual settings, adjust the arpeture and shutter speed to get the right exposure.
