Hi everyone, sorry for the long delays on this. Basically 2 things have gone wrong my end, first of all my laptop died and lost all the info I had gathered. Secondly, the time I had aside to sort it got eaten up by other things. So this is where we are at now, having spoken to a few people about this, we have come to the conclusion that one letter sent as a joint complaint wont do much because we will just get one case opened up and closed rather quickly and basically get ignored. So how do we make Renault notice? We make them open as many cases as possible! I am in the process of writing a generic letter that people will just need to fill in their details on, and post to the address I and attention of the person I provide.
