The wheels look a lot better in blue. Not a fan of the tow strap - it looks entirely out of place. Overall, nice motor

ah yeah cheers, ive got to spend a bit on the engine first, but got to try get that done and the springs plus a few other bits to get it ready for css.
Cheers steve, yeah ive heard good things about coilsprings as well. but yeah their website is terrible!

Just gonna defend my tow strap here!!
today we received a lovely 4 inches of snow..
I got stuck on the middle of a hill almost sideways so I didn't slide back down..
i was stuck there for 2 hours, and the only way I got out.. Was cause a tractor towed me to the top with my tow strap!
IM SO GLAD I LISTENED TO NOBODY!

They are just resprayed lensos! Pretty deceiving now they're blue

Piers coopers silver Lupo GTI is almost identical, same wheels.. That's on Air.. Well was.
Daves 1.0 is on hydros and Chris Wards black 1.0 is on hydros too!

put it all back together with new pink fogs..
PAIN IN THE BACKSIDE. Dont have a jack so i had to build some ramps to get up the kerb to get under the bumper!
Passengers wing is so hard to remove I'd rather poke myself in the eye all day long.
will be finished tonight, then no more photos until professional ones are taken at the CleandUK meet next week!
put it all back together with new pink fogs..

the pink fogs cost next to nothing, of course I'm such a girl! That's why I have a twinkly badge! It's not the girliest of cars is it!?
and I do have 2 wipers but I took one off and the other left to soak overnight in WD!
