Hole in front indicator

Just discovered a big hole in the drivers front indicator light in my valver. Does anyone know whether you can just replace the plastic insert for it or will i have to replace the whole indictor unit?

Does anyone know a good / cheap place where i can get a replacement?

Will a replacement from a brakers yard from another clio fit straight in?
