Head unit stalk controls

Can you get an aftermarket head unit wired up to the audio stalk controls, any reccomendations on head units? it must have full ipod connection not just aux socket

You definitely can, I wouldn't recommend my head unit though, awful interface.

Alpine IDA-X100 definately works with a genuine Alpine adapter although they are hard to get hold of.

Has pretty good ipod interface too
