For those who have traded in their 172

Im just wondering if those people who have traded in their 172 could put down how much they got for it. If you could also state what reg the car was and when you traded that would be good also.

Trying to work out what sort of real world trade in value I could expect on an 02 172...

I pressume you mean trade in against a 182 Rick? As your going to get dfferent prices depending on what people traded in for...

Traded an 18month old 172 import against a Land Rover Discovery 18months ago.



Got 10k for it

Well for me it wouldnt be against a 182; but I take your point, it does differ depending on what its traded in against.

I really want to trade the Clio in against something and not have to pay anything, but Id imagine that means Im prob going to get the lowest trade-in value.

Just after some ball park figures really of what other peeps have got.

I got nearly 11k for my 172 MKII 53 plate, 9 months old 11,000 miles. But that was against brand new V6.

I traded in a 15 month old Import 172 with 23500 on the clock for £8,600. That was June last year. I did get the 182 on F & F though with 30 % off.
