Drainage Holes

Where are the drainage holes located under the scuttle panel?
Ive got a puddle in the passenger foot well and i wanna know where its coming from, the water is comming from under the dash

One at either side behind the top mount, If they're blocked up water can also ingress into the wiring causing £££ damage.

There is also a rubber pipe in the middle with a flap that drains in to the engine compartment behind the sound deadning , these get blocked with muck and leaves ect

Been told a number of times by different RTE's at dealers that there is drainage holes under the scuttle panel and the one on the passenger side was very well known for blocking and causing a lot of wiring faults with water damage.

I also think there is drainage holes under the inner wheel arches at the back of the wheel. These get very badly blocked with mud, dirt and general road rubbish.
