Clio width, 1.6 vs RS?

  RS172 Flamer
I was just woundering what is the cause of the wider stance between the two titled? Does anyone know if the difference is the simply the hub and does the hub from an RS bolt directly to all the other models?

And one last question, if this is the case does that also mean the Cup hub is the best option to go for?

  172
IIRC in short "no." All RS models have longer wishbones, longer driveshafts, different hubs, different stub axles, require a different subframe and require different dampers to a 1.6.

Between the cup vs normal RS setup the dampers, driveshafts, stub axles & hubs are different.
