It begins again! Phase 2 of the Super-Cup development program.
Over the weekend I've purchased a lump to build the new engine up from and a brand spanking new cylinder head.
Engine spec is going to be essentialy standard with fresh pumps and tri-metal bearings. Modifications are going to be mainly related to cam profile and inlet manifold.
Target is 210bhp...... and yes it will use the new Super 2000 style intake manifold
Engine life target 75K miles with a 7800RPM rev limit - it should do it as road engine without any problems, although obviously depends on how many track days I do in it!
