the money pit and steering problems have gone! sad to see it go- the amount of blood, sweat and tears put into it.
sold it with problems in the end for £1400, which is what i asked for it. that doesn't even cover the amount spent in parts mind, let alone the £2k i paid for it 18 months ago!
replaced it with a seat leon i bought off a mate. it's the FR version (1.8T 180bhp version) but it's very slow and thirsty, so expect i'll be back in a clio before long. this time one with full service history and not the cheapest i can buy!
