Are you trying to remove the headlamp unit or just change bulbs?

Crazy talk (you must be a renault tech as they tend to do this for no reason), you only need to turn the wheels and you can take the two nuts out that connect the wings to the bumper. The arch liner is pretty soft and can just be pulled out of the way to get to the nuts. There are a few guides around i willl try find one.

I've done it twice (putting in my angel eyes and taking them out for when I sold the car) I'm not a renault tech. It's just the easiest way to save you having to constantly have pressure on the arch to get at the bolt behind it and it gives you alot more room if you have the wheeels off. Plus it's easier to line the bumper up when putting it back on if the arch liners are off. It's the easiest way I found to do it but each to their own =)!
