182 umc, ecu, clocks and ignition barrel swap

So i am looking to swap out all my old 182 stuff and fit new ECU, UHC, and igniton barrel and clocks off another 182 as mine has stopped working. Has anyone done this and how long does it take to swap it all out?

Takes 15 minutes after you've got the ECU cover off (1 minute or 1 day)

need a deep 10mm for the ECU, torx bits can't remember size, about t20, for the steering cowel. 13mm for uch bracket and 1 torx under fuse box cover

I have got lots of tools so that bit doesnt worry me. you think 1 hour to swap the lot?

it's just completely dependant on how long the ECU bracket take you to get off. It can just come off or like one of ours, I had to cut it off and it took over an hour.

ah right, we have had the ECU out a month ago and the car has been sat so it should just come straight out. is the one in the car a ball ache to get out? the UMC i think?
